This article highlights some changes we recently made to our website. In addition to an overall streamlined experience, we expanded options throughout the site to make purchasing our software and accessing our free downloads easier.

SAPIEN Software Page
When you purchase SAPIEN Software, the payment plan options depend on the selected product. For example, PowerShell Studio, PrimalScript, and SAPIEN DevOps Suite are available as a Perpetual License or Subscription License with multiple payment plan options. (If you are deciding between a Perpetual License or Subscription License, please see SAPIEN Software Subscriptions.) As for Powershell ModuleManager, PowerShell HelpWriter, VersionRecall, CIM Explorer, PrimalXML, and PrimalSQL, they are currently available as a Perpetual License (one payment plan).
We outline the product purchase steps below for products with multiple payment plans or one payment plan.
Products with Multiple Payment Plans (Perpetual License or Subscription License)
Follow the steps below to purchase PowerShell Studio, PrimalScript, or SAPIEN DevOps Suite.
Click Buy Now:

Select your options and then click Add to Cart:

A green success banner will display at the top of the page indicating the item has been added to your cart. Next, click Go to Cart:

Products with One Payment Plan (Perpetual License)
Follow the steps below to purchase PowerShell ModuleManager, PowerShell HelpWriter, VersionRecall, CIM Explorer, PrimalXML, or PrimalSQL.
Click Buy Now:

Select your options and then click Add to Cart:

A green success banner will display at the top of the page indicating the item has been added to your cart. Next, click Go to Cart:

Individual Software Pages
You can now purchase software from the individual product pages.
Click the blue Buy Now button on the right-side of the product page:

The purchase process will vary depending on if the product you selected has multiple payment plans or one payment plan; follow the instruction for your selected product as detailed above.
Registered Product Page
If your maintenance period for a product has expired or is eligible for renewal, you can now purchase a Maintenance Renewal or a new license from the Registered Products page. The process varies slightly between maintenance windows and whether the product has multiple payment plans.
Renew Product Maintenance
Follow the steps below to renew product maintenance.
On the Registered Products page, under My Licenses, click the green Renew Now button on the left-side of the page:

Support Options
If you are renewing PowerShell Studio, PrimalScript, or SAPIEN DevOps Suite:
- Select the desired level of support (Basic or Premium) and then click Add to Cart:

If you are renewing PowerShell ModuleManager, PowerShell HelpWriter, VersionRecall, CIM Explorer, PrimalXML, or PrimalSQL:
- Click Add to Cart (Basic support is automatically included)

A green success banner will display at the top of the page indicating the item has been added to your cart. Click Go to Cart to complete the Maintenance Renewal purchase:

Expired Product
On the Registered Product page, under My Licenses, click the green Buy Now button on the left-side of the page:

The purchase process will vary depending on if the product you selected has multiple payment plans or one payment plan; follow the instructions for your selected product as detailed above.
