As you may know, I write a monthly Windows PowerShell column for Microsoft TechNet Magazine. I’d like your help: While I’ve got plenty of columns “in the queue” (you wouldn’t believe the deadlines the print world has to operate under – months in advance), I’m always on the lookout for new column ideas. So I turn to you: What sort of Windows PowerShell columns would you like to see in the future? Post a comment and let me know – I usually get around 4-5 pages to play with each month, so that gives me plenty of room to dig deep on any number of PowerShell topics!
Disovering the features of a DLL written with a .NET language using get-member and .NET Reflector.
I would like advanced stuff on [regex] and Regex.Options … to process large files fast involving complex regular expressions.
I also like to see deep stuff on database administration with Powershell. Key databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Thanks.
I’d like to see AD/Exchange 2007 integration investigated. While the new Exchange console is nice – being able to harvest an entire OU out of AD and create specifically user, room or equipment mailboxes in PowerShell/Exchange Management Shell would be HUGE!
thnx for the great site (lovin’ PrimalScript too!)
