Lest you think we’re completely caught up in the Windows PowerShell craze, I offer you the latest project from SAPIEN Press: WSH and VBScript Core: TFM. A sample chapter is now available for download, showing how this is shaping up to be the most detailed reference material possible for working with VBScript and the Windows Script Host (WSH). It should be out sometime in May or June – hey, come to TechEd 2007 in Orlando and maybe we’ll have some copies!
Also don’t forget that ADSI Scripting: TFM is complete, at the printer’s, and ready for pre-orders on Amazon and ScriptingOutpost.com. This book is also fully geared to VBScripters and is the most detailed available reference to working with Active Directory Services Interface (ADSI).
And what should the next TFM title cover? I’m eager to read your suggestions!
I’d like to see a PowerShell "Advanded" or "Developer" book.
An Advanced PowerShell book does seem a likely topic. Head over to ScriptingAnswers.com and start a discussion thread on what type of content you would like to see in such a book.
I agree – it seems like a great topic, but we’ve been struggling with the contents. What should it contain? We’re so early in the PowerShell life that I don’t want to guess; I’d truly appreciate some "advanced" topic suggestions.
