Windows PowerShell: TFM™ (byJeffery Hicks and myself) went “gold code” today! We shipped themanuscript off to the indexing service for them to generate the index… wejust need to finalize the cover (which is based on the page count so that thespine is the correct size) and start cutting down trees (sorry, no ebookversion).
