I wanted to take a moment to acknolwedge some great guys – all of whom provided VERY useful feedback to the 2nd edition of Windows PowerShell v1.0: TFM. While my co-author and I assume full responsibility for any remaining errors, they did a great job of not only catching snafus, but also pointing out areas where we needed to clarify, expand, and otherwise improve the material.
Thanks, then, to Marco Shaw (a fellow PowerShell MVP), Andy Bidlen, Michel Klomp, Colin Halford, Jamie Bradford, Shane Dovers, Alan Finn, and Adam Ball. All of them, by the way, “got in” as reviewers by responding to a blog post – and we’ve got some more books coming up (like Exchange+PowerShell) that’ll need reviewers – so stay subscribed!
In the meantime, to the above-mentioned fellows: Contact me via e-mail, guys. I owe you a free (print) copy of the book and due to a recent computer re-load (&%@! Outlook) I don’t have all of your contact info – so get in touch forthwith!
For everyone else, visit ScriptingOutpost.com to get your copy of the book as a PDF, or wait a couple of weeks until Amazon and the rest (including ScriptingOutpost.com) have the print version available.
