PrimalScript 4.1 will be out probably within the next 30 days. As we’ve indicated before, this will be free for all PrimalScript 4.0 users. So, here’s the thing you need to be thinking about – whether you’re a 4.0 owner or a 3.x owner:
- Currently, there is a special upgrade price for 3.x users to 4.0. This price goes away in about 30 days. So if you want 4.1, purchase your 4.0 upgrade right now!
- SAPIEN has always allowed 4.0 users to upgrade to the next-higher edition by simply paying the price difference. Well, the pricing on 4.1 is going to be higher than it is on 4.0 by a bit… so if you plan to “move up” an edition (Standard to Pro or Pro to Enterprise), it’ll be cheaper to do so before 4.1 comes out. When 4.1 does ship, you’ll get a license for the same edition that you currently own.
Just some things to keep in mind as the release of 4.1 approaches.
