Now that SAPIEN has an official blog, I figure it is time for me to do some occasional writing and share with our friends out there on the ‘net some of the things that are going on here at SAPIEN. This is intended to be my “high-level” view of SAPIEN, the market, the industry and, well, just about anything else that my stream of consciousness spews forth. Hopefully it won’t sound like the ranting of a madman…In any case, here goes.We are rapidly approaching the 1 year anniversary of the release of PrimalScript 4.0. This was a pivotal product release for us, and it shows. PrimalScript 4.0 has won more awards and acclaims than any other release. It has been recognized by reviewers, editors, and more importantly, by the user community as the best of the best.Rest assured, that all of this praise and recognition will not go to our heads (well, OK, maybe for a few minutes.) What all this tells us is that we are doing the right things. And the reason that we are doing the right things is because we really try to listen to what the scripting community is saying, and then implement what you need in the most user-accessible manner. So keep sending us your feature requests, kudos and complaints. It helps us make a better product.So what is in store for the future? Well, the market, she is a changing. And we will not only change with it, but continue to expand upon the solutions and tools needed by our current users. Stay tuned for more details.
