Activation Key Not Working

I have a licensed version of PowerShell Studio 2020 and a valid Activation Key.
When I click on Unlock, the error message "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."
What can I do to fix this?

Hi Mike,

Please try utilizing the following Unlock Tool: https://sapien.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.c ... Unlock.exe

You will need to enter your SAPIEN Username, Password, and Activation Key. The tool will do the rest. Please let us know if you run into any additional issues. Thank you.

I downloaded the unlock tool, entered my SAPIEN ID, Password, License #, and choose PowerShell Studio 2020 as the SAPIEN product to activate. I get the error "The connection with the server was reset."

Can you check the following:
- If you are behind a proxy server, verify that traffic to and from https://www.sapien.com is allowed.
- Make sure your Windows or third-party firewall is not blocking the product's access to the internet.

I was thinking the same thing so right after I posted the previous message, I contacted a local firewall team member, and he verified that a firewall was blocking my access to Sapien.com. He opened it up so I could run the Unlock tool and BAM, the tool worked and unlocked PowerShell Studio. Thanks to everyone who assisted me. Your support was spot on and speedy.
