Multi-Form Project Themes

I would like there to be a feature added to where we have a "Theme" for multi-form projects.

What would be helpful includes, but is not limited to the following:

Button faces, font and text size, default background color, label font and text size, default icon file applied, default screen layout (IE automatically make every new form appear center screen so I don't have to manually change it each time I create a new form.

Having a theme that has the same exactly settings I use form after form would add consistency and save time. I would also not have to go back and fix things I forgot to change if the theme just applies exactly what I need from the start.
