Re: VersionRecall not updating repositories
Looks like you had the same problem in January, how did you solved it?
So far i can't repro it in our testing environment.

Re: VersionRecall not updating repositories
I checked the logs, and it looks like in January it was working but only for a couple of days and then it stopped, although I'm not sure it worked at all this year because if I look at the PreviousVersions folder, there are no files other than .recall with a 2024 timestamp. I tried changing the updating frequency from 360 minutes to 30 minutes but that didn't seem to help.
Re: VersionRecall not updating repositories
Also we migrated to a new server in January. On the old server VersionRecall was working fine.
Re: VersionRecall not updating repositories
Where is your repository is stored? Is it on local drive or some external drive or on network?
Can you access that location from new server? Do you have correct permissions?
Any errors for VersionRecall in Event Viewer?

Re: VersionRecall not updating repositories
The repository is stored in D:\PreviousVersions on the server. The source files are stored in D:\Websites. This is the same server where VersionRecall is installed. I don't think there are any permissions issues. Checked event viewer but didn't see any errors for VersionRecall.
Re: VersionRecall not updating repositories
I noticed that whenever I log into the server, I see a pop-up message from the system tray saying the repository is being updated. It appears these are the only times the repository is updated even though it's current scheduled to update every 30 minutes.

Re: VersionRecall not updating repositories
Ok, the recall specified here is incorrect. You selected the backup copy of a user inside the repository.
The correct file to select in the tray application to select would be
D:\Websites\Websites.recall
I will see that QA files a bug to prevent that type of mix-up in the future.
