Hi PS Studio Community,
Does anyone happen to know if there are current plans to add the Obfuscation capability to the software?
If not, have any of you had success using some third party osftware to Obfuscation the backend code of the exe files? Please advise.

The current version of PowerShell Studio does have an experimental obfuscator. We are still evaluating how much demand there is, but feel free to try it.
We did evaluate some third party obfuscators with little success. It appears many of them are used to produce PowerShell based malware and as such the obfuscator itself or produced code gets immediately flagged.
