I opened the project to start working on it and wanted to open the "TerminateUser.psf" file.

From looking over some things, the question mark icon should only appear when the file cannot be found/opened.
Have you experienced this behavior with any local projects i.e. not on your network share?

I would have to create a test project and see. My source folder resides on a network share.

I created a new project and imported all my files and that seems to be working OK so far.

The error log uploaded is for PowerShell ModuleManager. The error log for PowerShell Studio can be found here:
C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\SAPIEN\PowerShell Studio

The link to upload:
https://www.sapien.com/support/upload

Are there any other messages written to output when opening your projects? Like any warnings or non-prompting errors?
Does this behavior happen with individual files (i.e. not projects)?
Since last messaged, have you experienced any of these issues when working local vs your network share?
