Product: PowerShell Studio 2022 (64 Bit)
Build: v5.8.212
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise (64 Bit)
Build: v10.0.22000.0
Maint: Valid through 6/2023

Product: PrimalScript (64 Bit)
Build: v8.0.172
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise (64 Bit)
Build: v10.0.22000
Maint: Valid through 4/2023

When an attempt is made to download only/ download and install the dialogs below are presented. When a subsequent attempt is made to download the installers from www.sapien.com/software/primalscript and www.sapien.com/software/powershell_studio respectively the download is also abruptly interrupted. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

This can be caused by a proxy server, firewall, a flickering internet connection or whatever else is between you and the download location.
I have verified that our downloads operate properly, but of course that does not necessarily apply to you.

The general rule is that if the update tool fails to download the update properly for whatever reason, go to your SAPIEN account page and download the desired build directly from there, but as you have already tried that, please check your proxy server or internet connection.

Validated. I was able to download and install using a system that is not behind corporate firewall, I just find it odd that the download was initiated but interrupted.
