Version recall grayed out

Post by petera »

To help you better we need some information from you.

*** Please fill in the fields below. If you leave fields empty or specify 'latest' rather than the actual version your answer will be delayed as we will be forced to ask you for this information. ***

Product, version and build: Product: VersionRecall (64 Bit)
Build: v1.7.166
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (64 Bit)
Build: v6.3.9600

I purchased version recall yesterday, and I am unable to get the version controls to activate.
I looked through all the documentation, and I cannot figure out why it will not work.

My apologies for the late reply. I am not sure why that would be. Would you be able to email your .recall file to support@sapien.com or upload it here:
