I installed PowerShell Studio on a new laptop and I can't seem to find the PowerShell File Browser.

How do I get this back in my panel?

According to the release logs (https://www.sapien.com/software/version_history) the file browser was added with 5.6.168 (Released: October 21, 2019)
So your installed build does not have it.
The blog article you are referencing refers to PrimalScript, which got the feature earlier.
