Standalone Installer (*.exe)

Post by farl.maxwell@texascapitalbank.com » Wed Aug 08, 2018 12:17 pm

Good afternoon,

Yesterday we posted a question regarding SCCM delivery issues we were having when attempting to package\deploy PowerShell Studio 2018 to some licensed users when David informed us that it would not work because there is a known issue when using the silent commands for installation. He suggested that we install the components individually in order to successfully leverage SCCM which was a huge help. Fast forward to today.

We have the 3 components we downloaded as suggested, but we still need the standalone installer for PowerShell Studio 2018. We can successfully deploy it using the default installer SPS18Setup_5.5.151_042418_x64.exe, but there are issues with this file as it attempts to install the 3 components we are packaging individually.

Is there a standalone version we can download and package that only contains the binaries for PowerShell Studio 2018?

Product, version and build: 5.5.151
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64 bit
Operating system: Windows 7 & 10
32 or 64 bit OS: 64 bit

Thank you,

Blind

I responded to your original thread. Unfortunately, we don't have a separate installer for the products.
