Cannot download iPowerShell data to IPad Pro 12.9

OS version: 10.2.1

Get to Alias successfully downloaded, then hangs there with spinning wheel.
Tried removing and downloading app as well as restarting IPAD a few times.
Works ok on my IPhone 6 Plus same os version

We don't have an actual iPad 12.9 inch available for testing here. But in testing on the simulators we had no problem downloading any of the data.
What I would suggest is to try it connected to different wi-fi networks and even try it using cellular data (a bit slower).

Where are you located?
Please let us know what your results are.

I downloaded and installed 5.0.143 deleting all copies before hand.
Problem solved.
