Apologies. I stopped getting emails that there was a response to the thread. I did have a manifest file for the module, I didn't include in the zip (not sure why I didn't). Anyways, I tried creating the help file from the module without the manifest and that gave the same errors. Then I tried your suggestion of adding the ActiveDirectory module to the RequiredModules key of the manifest and that did the trick. The Select Module completed and it has loaded my functions.
