Underlying connection was closed PSS2015

Hello we were using the 45 days trail of PowerShell Studio 2015, then we purchase 3 license for it but now am getting this message "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."
Can somebody help me.

This is usually indicative of a SSL/TLS trust issue. You don't say what OS you are using, but for Windows 7 or lower, please try adding the GoDaddy root certificate to your system by following the steps outlined here: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal ... n-windows-. You may also need to add https://www.sapien.com to your trusted sites.
