iPowerShell Pro Crashes on connection

I've tried on multiple devices, but every time I try to connect to the PSWA server iPowershell Pro crashes.

I've never successfully been able to log in.

iOS 9.0.1 (though the issue existed on iOS 8 as well).

iPowershell Pro is the latest version.

The screen just closes so there is no way to post a screenshot.

Can you send a screen shot of the settings panel for that PSWA connection to frios@sapien.com?
