difficult.
I see the 2015 suite on my registered products page.
I purchased the entire 2014 suite.
Am licensed to use the 2015 products?
If I renew the support for another year will it include major program updates? [2015 to 2016]

Yes and yes. Having an active subscription means you get whatever new version or build we renew. No matter what number it shows.
It also means you get new products automatically as they get added to the suite.

Thanks, just requested my support be extended. Bean counters are on it.

Thanks!
BTW, why did you think it was difficult to ask that question here?

The difficult part was figuring out WHERE to ask the question. I am accustomed to a little button or hyperlink that takes me to a web form instead of a forum.

Okay, the bean counters had me go point and click to see what the cost will be. $395.00 is what I saw. They said it was $681.00 last year.
I am getting the feeling that I will be renewing support for just part of the suite. All I really use is PrimalScript and PrimalSQL but I would like to keep the entire suite current. You never know, I might fall down, hit my head and actually need a GUI.
How many beans?

That is the correct price for a suite renewal. If you would want to change from a suite to just PrimalScript and PrimalSQL, please contact sales@sapien.com for a custom quote.
