VersionRecall Crash

Post by davidl@microway.com.au »

I had to rebuild my PC after a hard drive corruption. Both the folders/files and the repository are on a network drive. I'm running Win 8.1 64-bit.
I had to do a new install of VersionRecall.

Now when I try an open a .recall repository, VersionRecall crashes.

Here's the error log:

Open the .recall file in a text editor and check if the paths specified are correct.
If that the yields no result please email the file to support@sapien.com

Please also try if you can create a new repository without fault.
That determines if the problem is an installation issue or is with your repository.
