The method you employ for providing product updates (such as PrimalScript) to registered customers seems overly complicated and cumbersome.
Firstly, the tool prompts that an update is available. Despite that the software IS registered, the customer is taken to your portal AND asked to login. This is overkill, in my opinion, and unlike most other large developers approach to offering paid-customer's product patch support.
Most importantly, many corporate firewalls prevent the downloading of EXE files. Please offer your downloads in MSI and/or ZIP format.
