Design time Properties needs "Parent" property.

    Design time Properties needs "Parent" property.

    For example see:

    When a conrol is dropped on a "container" control the container becomes the parent by default. This is not always the desired condition.

    We can "re-parent" the control in the "Load" event of the form but the calculations for position will still be relative to the container.

    A "Parent" property would allow this to be changed in the designer.
