Source Control and Sub Folders

Post by sblessner@imagecap.com »

If I have a project and connect it to a source control application, i cannot checkout/checkin files in subfolders. Is this by design or a bug (PS had this same behavior in 3.1)?

Neither. It works fine here, just as it did in 3.1.

Are the subfolder names identical to the sub-projct names in SourceSafe?

Source Control and Sub Folders

They are not subprojects. all the sub folders i am using are containers for supporting files like function lists, templates, etc, so they would not logically be a sub project. The folder names do match the foldernames in source safe. Thanks,Chris

Ok, I don't think we talk about the same thing here.
Can you please email a screenshot of your sourcesafe project in sourcesafe Explorer
with all branches expanded to support@sapien.com
Please also include the pws file of your project.
No source files, just the pws.
