The message says to reinstall the program. Does this to reinstall PrimalScript.exe? Will each Sapien application need to be reinstalled?
Will there be an issue with my license if I reinstall. Maintenance has expired.

What's missing here is a Microsoft Visual Studio runtime. The installer does usually install that if it is missing, but sometimes when items are removed from a machine, it may not have been done correctly.
Since you did not mention if that is a new install or a previously working installation, I cannot guess what might have happened.

The latest Microsoft Visual Studio runtimes are available here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/top ... f26a218cc0
If that is all that is missing, a re-install is not required.
Licensing is never a problem when you re-install on the same machine.
Some SAPIEN applications use Visual Studio runtimes, some use .NET frameworks. It all depends on what was removed or not installed.

This was a working system with this older version of Sapien. And you are correct some Microsoft packages were removed. Thanks for your assistance.
