We ask that you do not post subscriptions, keys or any other licensing information in this forum.
From the looks of the screenshot that you posted, it appeared that you had a trailing period at the end of your license key. Please try removing this period and see if that works for you.
If for some reason it does not please email sales@sapien.com for further software key assistance.
