Primalforms licensing

Hi there,

I'm not very keen on legalese so I thought I'd ask a plain question and see if I get a plain answer; I apologize I didn't find reference to this anywhere.

When generating an EXE with PrimalForms 2009, is the resultant EXE available for use by anyone outside of the licensee? For example (to be specific), if in an enterprise, if I generate an EXE for associates in my company to use, do I need one license for the person generating the EXE or one license for anyone and everyone using the resultant EXE?

Thanks very much for your time and a great product!

Every user creating executable files with PrimalForms (or any other product including SAPIEN script packaging technology) requires a license.

There are no runtime licenses and the generated executable files can be freely distributed. Please note that this only applies to licensed software and not to trial versions.

Please consult the EULA (End User License Agreement) for the specific product for further information, such as limitations on liability, export restrictions and so forth.
