Tried all of that. I don't see any of the cmdlets for PSExcel.

We are still investigating by the caching process fails, but we were able to build the module's cache using the script:
PSExcel.1.0.2_V3.zip
(3.55 KiB) Downloaded 131 times
1. Please copy the zipped files into the following folders:

C:\ProgramData\SAPIEN\PresetCache 2016\ModuleCacheV5
C:\ProgramData\SAPIEN\PresetCache 2016\ModuleCacheV3
C:\ProgramData\SAPIEN\PresetCache 2016\ModuleCacheV2

2. Then rebuild the cache in PowerShell Studio:
