Refactoring

Post by wokmer »

Product, version and build: 5.2.124

There doesn't appear to be a Refactoring option in PowerShell Studio 2016, this is a very handy and often used feature in Visual Studio.
Any chance of adding this feature to a future release?

Thanks...

On second look, there actually is a Refactoring option which is called Rename.
However it's not available when you've selected a function (name) or variable.

When cursor is before or "in" a function or variable:

I've managed to reproduce this bug on my end and have filed an internal report.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, when I have some more information I'll be sure to post it here.
