I cannot execute third party executable for security reasons. Please follow my earlier instructions.

I followed your instructions and with that type of compilation you chose the problem does not arise.
As I said, it only occurs when you set up the publication with the ps5 engine.
I sent you the screenshots of my configuration, so since you cannot run my EXE, you can surely simulate the same situation by configuring the compilation of the executable as per the screenshot.
