Looks like the same issue. I suspect that this exception is caused by a permissions issue. For example, if you created the cache files using an elevated process, the non-elevated process will fail to override the files.

What happens when you run the CacheEdit using Right-click->Run as Administrator?

Same errors.

I've had "Enable Elevation" on for most of the time I've used PowerShell Studio.

The attached events are from running the Cache Editor directly right-click > Run as Administrator:
C:\Program Files\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc\PowerShell Studio 2018\CacheBuilder32\CacheEdit.exe

We updating the Cache Edit tool in the latest service release (v5.5.155). Hopefully it resolves your issue.
