License Activation

Greetings!

I've received a PS Studio license that was once used by an employee that transferred out of our Department, and surrendered his license to PSStudio, however the license is still tied to his Sapien account. Is it possible to deactivate from his account, and reactivate under mine?

Our sales department will be able to assist you in transferring the subscription / license. Please send an email to sales@sapien.com describing the situation, as you did here and include the license / subscription number you wish to transfer.
