Productivity Pack License Issue

Good Day,

when I place the license key provided in my receipt for the Productivity Pack applications into an application (PrimalPad x64). I received the following error message "Offline keys blocked". I have confirmed that the key is the same within the My Account and the receipt. Please provide a solution.
