Can't post to product support forum

I work for a company where several licenses were purchased at once. I went through the process of registering one of the product keys and that all works fine and shows up in my account as a "Registered Subscription".

The problem being I can't post to the support forums, why is this the case?

Hello,

I have checked your forum permissions and they are set so that you should be able to post in the product support forum. Please try logging out, closing your browser, relaunching your browser and logging back in.
