1. What Operating System and version are you using (e.g. Windows 8)
2. What browser and version? (e.g. IE 10)
3. What action caused the error to occur? (e.g. Clicked 'Add to Cart' button)
4. On what page/URL did the error occur? (e.g. PrimalScript page, https://store.sapien.com/p-206-primalscript-2012.aspx)

Looks like the issue is related to IE 10. The link works in Chrome.

There is, indeed, an issue with IE 10. We are working to install Microsoft's hotfix for this. In the meantime, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox for the store. We will post here again once the issue has been corrected.
