    I registered and logged in, but I cannot create a new topic in the PrimalScript Technical Support Forum. It tells me I don't have permission. What am I doing wrong?

    When you say you "registered" does that mean you registered on the forum or you registered your license key on My.sapien.com? If you did not register your license key, you will not have access to the customer support forums.
