not authorized

Hey there

I have reinstalled my computer. Now i can't access my Powershell Studio. I have typed in my Sapien ID, my password and my subscription number and when I hit Activate, an error comes up. The error says I am not authorized to use this license. I've used the subscription number from the website, so the key should be correct.

Hmm, I see no attempts to activate with the license number associated with your account.
Can you please email the number you actual use, a screenshot of the activation dialog with the fields filled in and a screenshot of the actual error message to support@sapien.com?

Please do not under any circumstances post your license number here in the forum.
