Personal license use @ work

Hello,

I have a personal license for PrimalScript at work and am trying to bring that or PowerShell Studio into our company and have a couple of questions.
1) Are there any conflicts with me (and only me) using my license at my company within the license agreement?
2) Are there any minimums needed in the purchase for the number of licenses required? We only, currently, need about a dozen licenses?
Thank you,
Mike

If you have a license you can install it on two computers. Where they are is not any of our concern :D
You should check with your employer though if there is an issue on their side with software not licensed to them.

And no, there is no minimum purchase. Just purchase the number of license according to the number of users.
Above ten licenses , volume discounts start. Please contact sales@sapien.com for details.

Can you clarify this statement that my colleague found in your EULA? "If the Customer is an Individual: Each User License entitles the Individual to install the Software into permanent memory on such number of non-enterprise computers or workstations". Doesn't this seem to state that a personal license cannot be installed and used on my machine at work?

Thanks for the information!

I'd like to ask if there is any comment or clarification on the EULA/license.

Thanks,
Mike

I have sent a request to the legal team for clarification. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.

I wanted to follow up and see if any information was available. Also a question on the statement where there was not a minimum amount of licenses to purchase. Our purchasing dept has said Sapien has informed a minimum of 100 licenses needed to be purchased when we're only looking for a dozen or so initially.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi. Yeah, so, the EULA has been changed, see here: https://www.sapien.com/company/eula
The EULA displayed on installing the product will change accordingly, but as you can imagine, it will take a little to filter through.
The 100 license thing is usually applied if someone wants us to modify our EULA just for them. I can only assume that this was the case with this request.
Since we generally removed that individual/enterprise distinction from our EULA that should no longer be an issue.
If they need help, just let me know when they sent an email to sales and I walk over and talk to them.
