However, we're having serious second thoughts after checking the available help that's included:
Getting help via Sapien Document Explorer brings up many pdfs that are 8 years old.
In the "Articles" folder in the Document Explorer, none of them (hundreds) work but instead give a "webpage cannot be found"
I'm surprised to find so many issues with the documentation.
Perhaps the trial I installed has an issue?

Thank you for bringing the issue of the 404 errors on the articles to our attention. A slight server mis-configuration was causing the problem and it has been corrected. You should now be able to view all the articles listed in the Document Explorer.
