i am getting this error when i tried to install the app on another computer.

Please post in the appropriate product forum and follow the forum guides to provide version and product information.
From your post I can neither determine what "the app" is nor is it clear what activity triggers the error message or what "another computer" means.
Please keep in mind that we cannot see your screen.
