Activation Reset

hi guys,

I've emailed sales@sapien.com to get my activation reset because I did't deactivate when I formatted my machine, but I realised that I now can't use the 45 day trial while I wait as it recognises my machine name( I reused the old one in AD) is there anyone this can be done ASAP as I need to use the product?
