Activation issue

I am trying to install Powershell Studio on my new PC. I have just downloaded version 2017 using the Download button on the licence page of my account.

The licence information tells me I have 2 activations left, but when I try and use the code, I get the message "This subscription is not for this product"

I have tried installing 2016 but I get the same message.

Can anyone help?

I see no request coming from either one of your licenses in our log.
Please send an email with a screenshot of what you entered in the unlock dialog to support@sapien.com
(Please do NOT post it here)
Ensure that the screenshot image is large enough to see on a screen, do not sent a reduced size image and make sure all fields where you entered information are clearly visible and not covered by other windows or dialogs.
