SAPIEN Store Returning an Error

Hey SAPIEN,
I just bought a license for PowerShell Studio and when I went to copy the license (on the sapien.com/account/products page) I accidentally clicked "Add Premium Support", which then gave me this error:
I experienced this while logged into this account so if there's anything else I can do to help narrow down this issue, just let me know.
