Repository is offline issue (again)

Postby ianyell » Thu Jan 28, 2016 4:33 am

Product, version and build:Version Recall 1.1.125
32 or 64 bit version of product:32
Operating system:Win7
32 or 64 bit OS:32
I am getting the repository is off line issue. The service is running, and I can manually submit OK.

I have changed the service login details to my own (for testing purposes) restarted the service but still get the same issue. I am working on a PC that is connected via a VPN to the server where the repository is stored.

help please

So far the only way I've been able to recreate this is with network permission issues. For example not being able to ping the machine that the repository is on.

Can you provide me with any more information regarding your network setup? Are you accessing the repository using a UNC path or the IP address of the machine?
