"License status not valid" errors in Service.Log

Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit 8GB Ram

VersionRecall 2014 64-bit v1.0.95

Service.Log File Content:
...
License status not valid. Service inactive Could not load license file
3

...

Fresh install on 7/10/2014. Using an upgrade license key of 16 characters.
Single repository located on network share. One single folder including all sub-folders.
Additional log entries indicate that proper synchronization is occurring.
VersionRecall Service running.

Missing License information on VersionRecall information dialog.
