VersionRecall fails to download latest update

Post by Clive.Hillier »

Product, version and build: VersionRecall 2016 Ver. 1.2.131
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64 bit
Operating system: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
32 or 64 bit OS: 64 bit

DO NOT POST SUBSCRIPTIONS, KEYS OR ANY OTHER LICENSING INFORMATION IN THIS FORUM

When using the update tool a new Version of the product is shown (1.2.132) but when trying to download the file it shows as a 0 byte download & fails.

Other updates have downloaded with no issues today.
