Remotly connect to SharePoint PowerShell

Post by Sharktracker »

I purchased PowerPoint Studio with the understanding that you can remotely connect to SharePoint PowerShell. After many sessions with support they were unsuccessful in making this happen. Support suggested that this was a scripting problem: however, if a product does not function the way it is should it is a support issue. Having said that does anyone remotely connect to SharePoint PowerShell using this tool?
If so how did you remotely connect to SharePoint PowerShell?
More importantly where you able to create a .psf form that would work?

What is "PowerPoint Studio"? I think you are posting to the wrong vendor forum.

I am still confused. What is PowerPoint Studio and what support are you referring to.

If you want PowerShell Studio support you need to post here: viewforum.php?f=12

Note that "PowerPoint Studio" is not a Sapien product.

What support company told you it was a scripting issue?

How are you trying to connect to SharePoint? PSS 2018 has no special facilities for support of SharePoint. You must use one of the standard SharePoint connection methods.

Some issues you must clarify first.

What version of SharePoint?
SharePoint online or on premise?
Manage document libraries or mange SharePoint?

The best place to learn how to use PowerShell with SharePoint is here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powers ... repoint-ps

By the way the person in Sapien support that told me it is a scripting problem was Dave.
