Windows Scheduler exe Form from Powershell Studio

I have exe form with timer and only 1 buton on form - exe file from PowerShell Studio.
I have problem whith Scheduler it.
If i choose run only when users is logged on - all goes correct.
If I choose run whether users is logged on or not - Scheduler show me that running, after show done, in history looks like all good, but nothing happend.

May be it is not possible use Forms in Windows Server 2008 r2 Scheduler? Only scripst?
I know how do it by script but need a lunch exe file.

Are you referring to the Task Scheduler? By default it will not display a GUI window. Refer to the following link:
