ChangeVue 2012 - PSM1 files

Postby gbritton@outback.com » Tue Apr 30, 2013 2:01 pm

Hello, I am using ChangeVue 2012 to control my PS1 and PSM1 scripts. In Windows Explorer when I right-click and choose Edit (or Open) on PS1 or PSM1 files, they open in PowerShell Studio 2012 (the default program associated with the file extension). When working in ChangeVue 2012, when I edit a PS1 file (right-click - edit file) the file opens in PowerShell Studio 2012. However, when I edit a PSM1 file (right-click - edit file) the file opens in ChangeVue 2012 Editor. What can I change to get the PSM1 files that I select to be edited from within ChangeVue to open in Powershell Studio 2012?

Thank You

Make sure .psm1 is listed in the "Use default editor" field and not in the "Internal Text Editor" field.
